Laura is an Italian football goalkeeper who was born in Milan and grew up playing football for a local side in Bollate. Laura moved to Germany in 2012 to play for FSV Gütersloh in the Bundesliga. It wasn’t until 2017, after playing for a number of German clubs, that she moved back and signed with the newly established Juventus women’s team. Laura currently plays as a goalkeeper for AC Milan and has been part of Italy’s national side since 2014 and, in 2019, helped Italy to qualify for their first ever FIFA Women’s World Cup™ since 1999. Laura also won the Serie A title three consecutive years from 2017 to 2019.
